MCT 506C Iron and Scale Stabilization

MCT 506C is a liquid long chain polyphosphate product that is designed for use in potable water systems to minimize and control both red and black water problems. MCT 506C's ability to sequester iron, manganese and the water hardness ions, calcium and magnesium, helps eliminate scale, stabilize dissolved metals and reduce corrosion.

MCT 506C is composed of ingredients certified by NSF for potable water treatment application. MCT 506C is approved by NSF to 29.0 ppm in the system.

Directions For Use:

MCT 506C is a liquid product and should be fed to the system proportional to water flow. Typical dosages range from 0.5-3.0 ppm phosphate by the polyphosphate test procedure. An initial starting dosage of approximately 3-4 gallons of MCT 506C per million gallons of system water is recommended. Increase or decrease dosage depending on severity of system conditions. Test kit code 7884 for polyphosphate is recommended.
