Taxes: Customers must provide all applicable state resale tax exemption certificates. Mid South Chemical shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas for non-exempt customers. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Payment: Payment in full is due prior to shipment unless customer has been approved for Mid South Chemical credit terms. Payment terms are net 30 days from date of shipment. Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month on past due accounts. International customers are not eligible for credit. Payment must be received prior to shipment.
Discounts: Volume discounts to specific customer accounts or to multiple customer accounts can be negotiated.
Shipping: Mid South Chemical will ship products according to your selected shipping instructions. Mid South Chemical will attempt to ship the products within the estimated times reflected on your order but will not be liable for any failure to do so. If Mid South Chemical learns it cannot ship within the estimated times, you will be advised via email or phone call of the new estimated shipment date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns & Warranty: All products are sold without warranty of any kind and purchasers will, by their own tests, determine suitability of such products for their own use. NO CLAIMS FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR LEAKAGE ALLOWED AFTER DELIVERY IS MADE IN GOOD CONDITION TO CARRIER, WAREHOUSE OR RAILROAD DEPOT.
Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, Mid South Chemical shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mid South Chemical shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
