Dosage

Treatment dosage will vary with feedwater quality and boiler water concentration levels. Generally dosage should be adjusted to provide a sulfite residual, by test, in the boiler water plus any additional dosage recommended to meet feedwater requirements. Your Mid South representative will assist with more specific recommendations.

For starting dosages, based on sulfite feed requirements, the following Temperatures/ Oxygen Concentration chart can be used as a starting guide for dosage requirements based on oxygen scavenger demand.
